In order to facilitate online applicants applying through id.nadra.gov.pk , NADRA is introducing Online Complaint Management System, expanding it’s customer’s reach through Audio and Video calls via Skype.
- Audio/Video call duration is maximum 3 Mins for each.
- Complaints regarding online processing will be answered only.
