General Guidelines to Apply Online

  1. Register an account ( Account Creation Guidelines)
  2. Choose relevant category and start your application
  3. Fill in application form online
  4. Pay fee through Debit / Credit card (  Payment Guidelines)
  5. Upload a scanned photograph ( Photograph Guidelines) or upload photograph through Pak-ID Mobile Application
  6. Scan and upload fingerprint by downloading ( Fingerprint Guidelines) or Capture fingerprint through Pak-ID Mobile Application.
  7. Upload scanned documents ( Document Guidelines) or upload document through Pak-ID Mobile Application.
  8. Submit the application.
  9. It is advised that for attachment of all supporting documents(i.e. passport, ID cards etc).

It is the sole responsibility of applicant to provide correct data/information while processing for ID card. Any fake information or forged documentation provided to NADRA may lead to legal proceedings against the applicant under section 30 of NADRA Ordinance 2000.

Online Complaint Management System

In order to facilitate online applicants applying through id.nadra.gov.pk , NADRA is introducing Online Complaint Management System, expanding it’s customer’s reach through Audio and Video calls via Skype.
